How it works, start to finish.
Four steps: subscribe, plug it in, enter a code, and it runs. Here is what each one actually involves, so there are no surprises on the day.
Subscribe
Pick the products you want and how many TV screens or store PCs. One subscription, one renewal date, Stripe or PayPal takes the payment.
Plug it in
TV products arrive as a stick you plug into an HDMI port. PC products install on a PC you already have.
Enter a code
Each screen or PC shows a 6-character code. Type it here with your store key and that device is yours.
It runs
The TV keeps itself updated. The PCs keep working offline for three days if your internet drops.
1. Subscribe
- Pick products on the pricing page. TV products are priced per TV screen; PC products per store PC. The Grid Board is an add-on to the lottery station.
- Pay by card (Stripe) or with PayPal. We never see your card number or your PayPal login.
- Right after paying you see your store key once, on screen. Write it down — it is stored hashed and nobody here can read it back to you.
2. Plug it in
- TV products: a streaming stick we set up for you plugs into the TV's HDMI port and joins your Wi-Fi. Nothing plugs into the register.
- PC products: install the app on a Windows PC you already own. The Commander app needs to be on the same network as the Commander.
3. Enter a code
- Each screen or PC shows a 6-character code when it starts. Enter it with your store key on the pair page, or sign in first and skip the key.
- Give the device a name so you can tell them apart on your devices page.
- A code expires after a while; reopen the app for a fresh one.
4. It runs
- The TV refreshes itself and blanks stale numbers rather than show a wrong one.
- Store PCs keep working for three days without internet, then go read-only until they can check in again.
- Your subscription renews on one date. If a payment fails you keep full service for a few days while the card is retried, then screens show a notice and PC apps go read-only — nothing is deleted.
The store key
One key per store. It pairs each TV screen and store PC to your account and signs you in here. You see it exactly once, on the page right after you subscribe. It is stored hashed, so nobody here can read it back — if it is lost, the lost-key page e-mails the address on your account a link that issues a new one. The old key stops working the moment the new one is issued; paired devices keep running.
Money, renewal and cancelling
- TV products are priced per TV screen (one per TV). PC products are priced per store PC (one per PC that runs the app).
- The Grid Board is an add-on: it is only sold together with the lottery station, because that is where its numbers come from.
- One subscription for the store with one renewal date. Add a TV screen or a store PC later: paying by card, Stripe charges only the difference for the rest of the period; paying by PayPal, the change applies from your next billing date. You are never billed twice for the same period.
- Cancel any time from your billing page. Service runs to the end of the period you already paid for, then stops; nothing is deleted and the PC apps switch to read-only so you can still export your data.
- If a payment fails you keep full service for 5 days while the card is retried. After that, screens show a notice instead of numbers and the PC apps go read-only until billing is fixed. Nothing is deleted.
Numbers are on the pricing page; the refund policy is 14 days pro-rata on a first charge.
What it never does
- It does not take your POS sales, your Commander password or anything about a check-cashing customer to the cloud. Those stay on your PCs.
- It does not process payments for you and it does not approve a check for you.
- The results board is informational. Every ticket is still checked at the lottery terminal, and this is not affiliated with the Georgia Lottery.
- No lottery artwork, no logos, no fake urgency — text and numbers, sized to be read.
