What the results tile means
- Fresh — results were checked recently and every TV is showing them.
- Ageing — the last check is older than we like. TVs still show the numbers; they will blank on their own if it gets much older.
- Down — we could not get results, so TVs are showing a blank panel rather than a number that might be wrong. Nothing is broken on your end.
A TV that shows nothing while this says Fresh is most likely off Wi-Fi. Reboot the stick, then check your devices page for its last check-in. Still stuck? The help page and the support box are next.
