Who it is for
Whoever keeps prices and PLUs straight on a Commander site.
What you need
A Windows PC on the same network as the Commander.
What it does
- PLUs, prices, groups, promotions, fuel and taxes.
- Your Commander credential is entered on that PC and stays there. It is never sent to this website, and neither are your sales.
- Cloud backups of the Commander configuration are off unless you turn them on.
What it costs
One per PC that runs the app. Two PCs is two store PCs. One subscription for the store, one renewal date; add more later and a card is charged only the difference for the rest of the period (PayPal applies the change from the next billing date). Cancel any time from your billing page — see the refund policy.
How setup goes
- Install the app on the back-office PC and open it.
- Enter the 6-character code it shows, with your store key, at /pair.
- Sign in to the Commander once on that PC — the credential stays on the PC.

What it never does
- It never sends your sales, journals or totals anywhere.
- It never holds your Commander password: that lives on your PC.
- It never changes a price you did not ask for — you review before you send.

Questions
Which registers does it work with?
A Verifone Commander site controller. The PC has to be on the same network as the Commander.
Does it replace my back-office system?
It replaces the price and PLU work. It does not do your books, your sales reports or your payroll.
Are my prices backed up?
Only if you turn cloud backups on. They are off by default and encrypted per store when on.
Can two PCs use it?
Yes — it is priced per store PC.
