Products › GA Lottery Station
GA Lottery Station Scan the shift instead of counting it twice.
Scan your ticket packs at shift change and the counts, the over/short and the pack inventory come out the other side.
Who it is for
The person who does the lottery paperwork at shift change.
What you need
A Windows PC at or behind the counter, plus a barcode scanner if you want to scan instead of type.
What it does
- Pack activation, settle and box changes, with the counts kept per shift.
- Your data lives on your PC. The website only holds what it needs to license the app and to keep an encrypted backup you can restore.
- Backups: the PC encrypts before uploading, so the backup is unreadable to us — write the recovery phrase down, we cannot recover it for you.
- Runs read-only rather than locking you out if the subscription lapses or the PC has been off the internet for three days.
What it costs
One per PC that runs the app. Two PCs is two store PCs. One subscription for the store, one renewal date; add more later and a card is charged only the difference for the rest of the period (PayPal applies the change from the next billing date). Cancel any time from your billing page — see the refund policy.
How setup goes
- Install the app on the counter PC and open it.
- The Activate card shows a 6-character code — enter it with your store key at /pair.
- Name the PC on your devices page so you can tell your store PCs apart.
Codes and pairing are explained on the how it works page. The pair page is where the 6-character code goes.
Add-on: Lottery Grid Board add-on
Which game is in which box, on the TV. Puts your scratch-off box positions, prices and what is left on the same TV, updated from the scans your counter PC is already doing.
Who it is for
Stores whose customers ask for game numbers by the box.
What you need
The same TV and stick as the results board — no second screen needed unless you want one.
What it does
- Publishes from the lottery station, so there is no second thing to keep updated.
- Positions blank out when they go stale rather than showing a game you sold out of.
- Add-on only: it needs the lottery station to have something to show.
Setup
- Nothing extra to install — turn the Grid Board panel on for a screen from your devices page.
What it never does
- It never shows a full pack number on the TV — only the last three digits.
- It is never sold on its own: without the lottery station there is nothing to display.
Questions
Do I need a second TV?
No. On one TV it rotates with the results board; a second TV screen is an option, not a requirement.
How does it know what is in each box?
From the scans your counter PC already does at shift change and when a pack is activated.
Lottery Grid Board is only sold together with GA Lottery Station — tick both on the pricing page.
What it never does
- It never sends your ticket serial numbers, shift totals or cash figures to this website — only that the PC is licensed, plus a backup your PC encrypts first.
- It never talks to your lottery terminal or your register.
- It never deletes your data when a subscription lapses: the app goes read-only and everything stays on your PC.
The privacy page lists exactly what the website holds and what never reaches it.
Questions
Do I need a scanner?
No. A scanner makes shift change faster, but every field can be typed.
Can two people use it?
Yes — it is priced per store PC. The first PC is the one that publishes; extra PCs can look things up.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It stays on your PC. The app switches to read-only so you can still look at and export everything; nothing is deleted.
Where are the backups kept?
On this website, encrypted on your PC before upload with a phrase only you have. Download or restore them from your devices page.
